Junior Banking Finance Lawyer Top-Tier Law Firm

As a Junior Banking & Finance Lawyer, you will be involved in a wide variety of financing matters and regulatory work, gaining exposure to sophisticated local and international transactions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the drafting, review and negotiation of financing documentation.
• Advising clients on Luxembourg banking and financial regulatory matters.
• Supporting domestic and cross-border financing, refinancing and structured finance transactions.
• Conducting legal research and preparing legal memoranda.
• Working closely with Partners, senior associates and colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.
• Building direct relationships with clients while progressively taking on greater responsibility.
